Hotel reservations are made with a certain economic risk and are subject to cancellation policies imposed by the hotels themselves. You can consult the cancellation policies on the website. For this reason, we can only confirm a reservation once the payment has been received by credit card or bank transfer.

IMPORTANT: From the moment the reservation is made, you will have 10 days to make the payment and to send proof of payment to the Technical Secretariat (by email to [email protected], or by fax to 902 430 959). Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

The prices of rooms reflected on the map are not official prices, but those of the Google Maps app. If you are interested in any of the hotels indicated on the map, please contact the hotel directly.

Terms and Conditions for reservations

• Reservations can be made on the website or by sending a reservation form to the Technical Secretariat.

• Hotel reservations will only be confirmed once payment has been made and proof of payment has been sent to the Technical Secretariat.

You can ONLY be sure that your reservation has been received and processed once you receive your confirmation number at the end of the process.

Please take note of this number as it will be required for any future consultations or modifications.

A valid email address is required to be able to confirm your reservation.

Hotel reservations cancellation policy

Cancellation fees:

• Cancellations that take place before April 1st will not incur a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations that take place between April 2nd and September 1st, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations that take place after September 2nd will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellations need to be made in writing and sent to the Technical Secretariat: [email protected].

All refunds will be issued after the Conference is finished.

• By bank transfer to Viajes Genil, S.A. Please send a copy of the transfer by email: [email protected]; indicating the congress and the name of the participant. Once we verify we have received the bank transfer, we will confirm registration by e-mail.
